Wplus9 Botanical Bunch Watercoloring

Hey folks!

What a crazy, long, busy week and I am soo excited to be back to share a few cards with you all! I have two cards to share here AND I have a couple of sneak peaks for what I'll be bringing to the Butterfly Reflections Ink Blog on Monday!

If you're interested in any of the products I've used, I have links (some affiliate links) throughout and at the end of the post. Click here to read my full disclosure policy.

I die cut a couple of pieces of Ranger Distress Watercolor Cardstock with the My Favorite Things Die-namics Inside & Out Diagonal Stitched Square Die. Can I just say (Of course I can!) this Die Set is so fun it's ridiculous! Who knew.

Anywho, using my MISTI Stamping Tool, I stamped the Wplus9 Botanical Bunch Stamp Set with Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink. After I stamped one corner, I put a Panel of Simon Says Stamp Slate Cardstock and stamped that as well with Simon Says Stamp Slate Ink. I rotated that Stamp and repeated the process in the other corner on both pieces of Cardstock.

To color in the Flowers, I used Ranger - Tim Holtz Distress Inks. You can see my thumbnail links below for my color choices.

For this card, I stamped the Botanical Bunch Stamp in the middle of the Die Cut and I also switched to Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers.

Using the largest Die in the set, I cut a piece of Silhouette Vellum Paper that I place behind the Watercolor Die Cut.

I masked off both sides of my My Favorite Things Nightshift Blue Cardstock Card Base with Scotch Post-It Tape and stamped the center with the My Favorite Things Woodgrain Background Stamp in My Favorite Things Steel Grey Ink.

I covered two strips of Cardstock with Ranger - Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Picked Raspberry for my first Card and skipped the embellies on both because I used a lot of Clear Wink of Stella on both Cards and I think adding anything else would have been too much.

I'm also excited to share the sneaks of the cards I'll be sharing with you all on the Butterfly Relfections Ink Blog on Monday. I have two of them!

I decided to use the same Create A Smile Color Your Heart Out Stamp Set on both, but I wanted to color one in with Copic's and one in with Tombow Irojiten Color Dictionary Pencils. These were so easy and so fun and honestly what a great way to sit down and enjoy some coloring.

Speaking of coloring....Are you participating in the The Daily Marker 30 Day Coloring Challenge? I love this Challenge. What a wonderful way to take time out for ourselves and creativity is an awesome for keeping those smarticles in tip top shape!

That's it! Easy Peasy. I hope you enjoyed my cards today. I'll be back here in Monday, but don't forget to stop by the Butterfly Reflections Ink Blog too!

Until next time!
