Pretty Pink Posh/Simon Says Stamp Darling Friends + SVG Cuts Sale

Hey folks!

I'm back today to share a really quick and easy card I put together.

Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember Release has been amazing (excuse me, I mean AH-mazing) and we are only half way through the month! I am over the moon for everything. For real.

If you're interested in any of the products I've used, I will have links (some affiliate links) throughout the post. Click here to read my full disclosure policy.

Today's card is all about the Darling Friends Stamp Set designed by Pretty Pink Posh (first stamp set yay!) for Simon Says Stamp. Darling is right. What a fun, fresh and darling set.

I had watercolor on my mind, so I stamped the images on Ranger Distress Watercolor Cardstock with Versafine Black Onyx Ink and heat embossed them with Simon Says Stamp Clear Embossing Powder. Instead of using the matching die, I masked the Kitty with Inkadinkado Stamping Mask Paper.

I wanted to keep the colors bright and fun so I chose some of my favorite Ranger-Tim Holtz Distress Inks (see links below) and loosely colored in the Images and Background with a Zig Watercolor Brush

I added a lil bit of DMC Silver Embroidery Floss, then I stamped the Sentiments with the same Ink as the Images on a piece of Neenah White Cardstock and attached that to the Panel with some Scotch Mounting Tape.

To finish it off I applied some Clear Wink of Stella to the Balloon and added a few Pretty Pink Posh Marshmallow Sequins and called it a day.

Okey dokey, now for my digital die cutting folks...

SVG Cuts is having a sale! Woot! 25% off your total purchase until September 19th, 2015! No limits, no restrictions. Use coupon code FALL2015 at checkout. They don't have sales very often, so don't pass this one up!

That's it for now peeps! I have a couple of Paper Smooches cards coming up, in the meantime, I hope you've enjoyed my card today!

Until next time!

Hey folks!

I'm back today to share a super easy and super fast one layered card with you all!

I'm a sucker for butterflies and if you make them rainbow and I will clap my hands like a demented seal. For real. So today I used the Butterflies Stamp Set by Avery Elle and did some basic Copic Coloring (color choices in thumbnail links below) in a rainbow color scheme.

On Neenah White Cardstock, I stamped my images in Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink with my MISTI Stamping Tool. You don't need a MISTI, but I'm a manic and it's almost impossible for me to line up my stamps again with a…

The stamp set I used today is Ah-mazing! It's the Hello Lovely Stamp Set by Concord & 9th and I'm tellin ya folks, if you're looking for something that has a whole lotta wow factor AND is easy, this is your stamp set.

Using my MISTI Stamping Tool, I stamped my Neenah White Cardstock Panel with Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink.

There are some really groovy stamps in the set if you wanted to just ink them up and stamp them within the outline image, but I LOVED the idea of coloring this bad boy in.

Do something other than flowers, it's abracadabra I have myself a card panel with lots of pretty masked flowers that must be colored in with Copic's. Oy. So, stop me if you've heard this one! I'm back today to share a card with lots of pretty masked flowers, that I had to Copic color.

Doesn't Altenew have the most fab flower stamps EVER? I never get tired of coloring their flowers. So for my card today, I chose to use the Garden Treasure Stamp Set. I love it. It's a nice sized 6" x 8" set with all of those gorgeous layering options Altenew is known for.
