Simon Says Stamp February 2016 Card Kit - Hello Beautiful

Hey folks!

Stopping in with a really quick card! I've been sooo busy lately, that I've just been going from one thing to the next without even thinking! Sheesh...

If you're interested in any of the products I've used, I have links (some affiliate links) throughout and at the end of the post. Click here to read my full disclosure policy.

For my card today, I used the Simon Says Stamp February Card Kit. There really isn't enough time in the day to play around with this kit. It really is a fun kit!

So, I started by stamping a Neenah White Cardstock Panel with a Sentiment from the Hello Beautiful Stamp Set. I used Versafine Black Onyx Ink and heat embossed it with Simon Says Stamp Clear Embossing Powder.

I trimmed down both sides of the Panel, then used the Simon Says Stamp Stitched Circle Die to cut out around the Sentiment. Then, I added a circle of Fun Foam behind the Die Cut Circle.

Using my Fiskars Paper Trimmer, I trimmed out two strips of the Crate Paper Hello Love Paper from the cut. I also cut two thins strips of DCWV Gold Foil Paper.

My embellies were simple. I used some DMC Gold Embroidery Thread and Die Cut more DCWV Gold Foil Paper with the Mini Hearts Outline Die and attached them to my Card.

That's it peeps! Easy peasy. I hope you enjoyed my card today!

Until next time!

Hey folks!

I'm back today to share a suer easy and super fast one layered card with you all!

It's no secret that I love to mask and build up the images on a card. However, sometimes it's great to skip the masking and get the same effect. That's what I've done on my card today folks.

I'm a sucker for butterflies and if you make them rainbow and I will clap my hands like a demented seal. For real. So today I used the Butterflies Stamp Set by Avery Elle and did some basic Copic Coloring (color choices in thumbnail links below) in a rainbow color scheme.

On Neenah White Cardstock, I stamped my images in Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink with my MISTI Stamping Tool. You don't need a MISTI, but I'm a manic and it's almost impossible for me to line up my stamps again with a …

The stamp set I used today is Ah-mazing! It's the Hello Lovely Stamp Set by Concord & 9th and I'm tellin ya folks, if you're looking for something that has a whole lotta wow factor AND is easy, this is your stamp set.

Using my MISTI Stamping Tool, I stamped my Neenah White Cardstock Panel with Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink.

There are some really groovy stamps in the set if you wanted to just ink them up and stamp them within the outline image, but I LOVED the idea of coloring this bad boy in.

Using Dies On A One Layer Card + Altenew Majestic Blooms

Hey folks!

I'm back today to share another card with you all! I've done loads of Copic coloring lately and today's card is no different, but I wanted to try some new (to me) as well.

If you're interested in any of the products I've used, I have links (some affiliate links) throughout and at the end of the post. Click here to read my full disclosure policy.

I think Altenew has some of the most amazing flowers on the market. Their design and versatility is ah-mazing. The Majestic Blooms Stamp set by Altenew is actually a multi-layer set, but I climb on the struggle bus every time I attempt this kind of stamping, so I decided to stick with what I'm comfy with and simply use the outline of the flower and color it in with Copic's.

Since, I'm going to color this in with Copic's and I don't want them to bleed through the inside of my card I stamped the flower and leaves on a piece of Neenah White Cardstock with Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink. This …
