Simon Says Stamp Not So Spooky

Hey folks!

I had planned on having Boo Boxes done and ready to share with you all. However, due to technical difficulties (both my life and my Cameo), I think I'm going to have to for go Boo Boxes this year. Total bummer.

So today I'm back to share a Halloween card instead! Woot!

If you're interested in any of the products I've used, I have links (some affiliate links) throughout and at the end of the post. Click here to read my full disclosure policy.

I still have a pile o' stamp sets sitting on my table from the Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember Release, and I was so excited to finally be able to use the one I'm showing you today!

One of my favorite things that was released for STAMPtember was the Simon Says Stamp Party Banner Stencils. I really love that you can use it for so many different style of cards. Versatile is always the best. So I taped this guy down to a piece of Neenah White Cardstock and masked of the top banner with scraps of Post-It Tape. I used Ranger Ink Blending Tools and added Simon Says Stamp Orange Peel and Wisteria Inks. Then I offset the Stencil and added some Simon Says Stamp Slate Ink.

Before stamping the Spider in Simon Says Stamp Black Ink I used the Simon Says Stamp Falling Snow Stencil and Simon Says Stamp Green Apple Ink for the Background.

I masked off each of the letters on the HAPPY HALLOWEEN Stamp so I could add HAPPY to the Banner and stamped them in Simon Says Stamp Black Ink

For embellies, I used some Little Things by Lucy's Card KALEIDOSCOPE Sequin Shaker Mix and I used more Simon Says Stamp Green Apple Ink and inked the eyes of a piece of Neenah White Cardstock to add behind the Front Panel. I added a little bit of Clear Wink of Stella to the Spider and Ranger Glossy Accents to his eye peepers. Simon Says Stamp Black Cardstock was used for the Card Base.

That's it peeps! I really enjoyed breaking out the inks today and working with them. It seems like it's been ages since I've done that! Next time, I will be sharing another card from Simon Says Stamp October Card Kit!

In the meantime, I hope you've enjoyed my cards today! Don't forget you can follow me on Instagram  and on Facebook!
