Copic Coloring Die Cuts & Copic Coloring Glitter Die Cuts

Hey folks!

I'm back today to share a couple more rainbow cards. These techniques aren't new, but they're new to me. They were super duper fun and a lot easier than what most would think.

I first saw the Glitter Die Cut Technique in a Jennifer McGuire video and fell in love with it. I highly recommend adding this to your to do list, if you haven't already! I won't go in to any detail on how I made mine, Jennifer's video explains it all and she does beautiful work.

If you're interested in any of the products I've used. I will have thumbnail links for you at the end of the post!

I'm going to start with the card I actually made second. Although I really like them both, I think this one is my favorite. Sheesh, I almost feel like I'm choosing which child is my favorite...

This was insane easy to make. I die cut a piece of Neenah White Cardstock for my first card using the Diamond Parade Die from Simon Says Stamp and took the positive pieces and colored them in with Copic's and added a lil bit of Wink of Stella. I mounted them on another piece of Neenah that I had stamped with the Happy and Smile Stamp Set that came in my June Simon Says Stamp Card Kit. I used Black Simon Says CardStock for the card base and that was it! Easy Peasy.

Again, I suggest you watch Jennifer McGuire's video to see how this is done. I used Martha Stewart Crystal Fine Glitter instead of colored glitter, because I wanted to color it in with Copic's. I used the same stamp set, ink and paper as the card above.

I can't wait to try this again with different dies and glitters. These techniques are fabulous on so many levels!

Well that's it for today peeps! I'm supposed to be packing for a family trip tomorrow. Is it bad that I started thinking about what crafty things I wanted to take before I even thought about clothes? Yeah, I didn't think so either.

Until next time!

Making An Easy One Layered Card - Featuring Avery Elle and Copic Coloring

Hey folks!

I'm back today to share a suer easy and super fast one layered card with you all!

It's no secret that I love to mask and build up the images on a card. However, sometimes it's great to skip the masking and get the same effect. That's what I've done on my card today folks.

I'm a sucker for butterflies and if you make them rainbow and I will clap my hands like a demented seal. For real. So today I used the Butterflies Stamp Set by Avery Elle and did some basic Copic Coloring (color choices in thumbnail links below) in a rainbow color scheme.

On Neenah White Cardstock, I stamped my images in Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink with my MISTI Stamping Tool. You don't need a MISTI, but I'm a manic and it's almost impossible for me to line up my stamps again with a …

The stamp set I used today is Ah-mazing! It's the Hello Lovely Stamp Set by Concord & 9th and I'm tellin ya folks, if you're looking for something that has a whole lotta wow factor AND is easy, this is your stamp set.

Using my MISTI Stamping Tool, I stamped my Neenah White Cardstock Panel with Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink.

There are some really groovy stamps in the set if you wanted to just ink them up and stamp them within the outline image, but I LOVED the idea of coloring this bad boy in.

Using Dies On A One Layer Card + Altenew Majestic Blooms

Hey folks!

I'm back today to share another card with you all! I've done loads of Copic coloring lately and today's card is no different, but I wanted to try some new (to me) as well.

If you're interested in any of the products I've used, I have links (some affiliate links) throughout and at the end of the post. Click here to read my full disclosure policy.

I think Altenew has some of the most amazing flowers on the market. Their design and versatility is ah-mazing. The Majestic Blooms Stamp set by Altenew is actually a multi-layer set, but I climb on the struggle bus every time I attempt this kind of stamping, so I decided to stick with what I'm comfy with and simply use the outline of the flower and color it in with Copic's.

Since, I'm going to color this in with Copic's and I don't want them to bleed through the inside of my card I stamped the flower and leaves on a piece of Neenah White Cardstock with Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink. This …
